a) I friended you because we both agreed that it would be cool to keep in touch and get to know each other better. :3

b) Obviously, I associate you with Fire Emblem! :D

c) I envy your skills as a writer, and your extensive knowledge of the English language, as you've displayed countless times on FESS. ((Battles with Blacken stick out in particular.))

d) This isn't necessarily a happy memory, but I remember when you announced your retirement to the staff. That made me sad; you were definitely an anchor in our community.

e) Hmm... How about, three favorite FE characters and if you have time, why? :D

I love the whole FE7 cast, which is unusual for me and JRPGs, but here's my top three.

1.) Serra. Cute, imperious, seemingly naïve, but she has a side that's strong, sweet, and vulnerable, too. There's much more to Serra than first meets the eye.

2.) Sain. Errant, flirty, gallant, and over the top in every way, but, at heart, a good person, brave and daring to a fault. (You can see why I pair him with Serra; they're really two of a kind.)

3.) Bartre. I picked him for my avatar because his FE6 self is very representative of who I am at this point in my life: aging, perhaps, but still strong, at least as long as he's got someone he must protect. The next generation can't sally forth without the previous generation's old warhorses, after all.
