So. I spent half the day in the Emergency Room because of a Kidney Stone. O____O

It was scary... They did a CT Scan and gave me an IV and everything. I've never been to the hospital before as a patient, and I was sort of hesitant to go because usually only really sick people go there, but the pain was so bad this morning that I thought I just might die. I though I was going to naturally combust because my body hurt so much. It's no joke when people say that Kidney Stones cause "the most excruciating pain you'll ever feel". Even the doctor told me that having a baby hurts about ten times less. O___O That's very reassuring, actually.

PS: Today was my mom's birthday and the poor thing spent the whole day tending to me. D: I love that women so much.♥

Hence the reason why I'm not at Robotics right now! XD I hope you'll cover for me... ^^; Mr. Koca will be all, "Psh... I've had ten Kidney Stones in the last month! Why isn't she here?" XD

I'm on Vicodin right now so I'm kinda loopy. XD Sorry. XD

Since I have your attention, I suppose I can just ask my most burning question right here! Would you mind terribly if I started up the FESS Fic' Quarterly again? I know it's something near and dear to you, so I wanted to make sure it was okay ((or not okay)) by talking things over with you first. The Fiction Board needs some stimulation and I haven't got any ideas, sadly. I was considering something more general like a drabble contest but I want to continue to encourage our authors to pursue FE writing if possible...

I don't mind at all. ^_^ I think it'd be perfectly safe in your hands, and the 'fic board always needed the boost, so go for it. Do what you gotta do to keep the board alive.

*chuckles* I can't share a whole lot about the story, but I can tell you that's character-centric fantasy, my cup of tea. All that FE 'fic I've done is what prepared me for it. ^_^
