a) I friended you because you were always so kind and uplifting to me over at... the community. [Cough] XD

b) I associate you with Queen, of course, but also with normalcy in general. XD The talk we had about how LJ is primarily filled with angsty nut-jobs still remains to be fairly accurate. Thanks for not being a psycho. XD

c) I've told you this a million times, but you are an absolutely fantastic writer. I always think of you when it comes to writing narratives, and when I'm reading them, I always end up comparing them to your work, just to see how poorly they stack-up. XD

d) In general, I just remember being very happy and giddy whenever you left a comment on something I'd written because I admired you so much. It's always exciting when someone cool makes an effort to talk to you. XD

e) What exactly do you do for a living? I'm having trouble connecting travel, orchestra/theater and exploding binders together. XD

To answer your question, my job is "litigation support," which means assorted behind-the-scenes busywork for huge corporate lawsuits. The majority of what we do is building digital document databases (since it's impractical to juggle 10000's of pieces of paper worth of evidence/exhibits - that's why the binder incident was so stupid!), and the recent travel has been to scan gov't documents that can't be photocopied or removed from the room they're in. It's often pretty boring! ;) And all the arts/music stuff I post about is because that's my guy's job, & I often get dragged into it. :)

OH! XD Now I see; thanks for clearing that up. I probably should have asked that sooner, but now it all makes since. XD And... I'd love it if you answered those questions for me, if you have time. XD
